About These Terms

These terms summarize how BiliMed rentals work. The complete, binding terms are in the Rental Agreement you review and electronically sign at intake. If anything on this page conflicts with that agreement, the signed Rental Agreement governs. These terms are governed by Louisiana law, with venue in Lafayette Parish.

Rental Agreement

Rental rate is $95/day, billed by calendar day. A $395 authorization hold is placed on your card at rental start — this is not a charge. Your rental total is applied to the hold when the equipment is returned. If your total is less than $395, the remainder is released back to you. If it’s more, the balance is billed to your card on file. Billing continues until the equipment is physically returned to BiliMed; a physician’s stop order alone does not stop billing.

Equipment Care

Equipment must be used and cared for as instructed. Damage beyond normal wear may result in additional charges.

Insurance

BiliMed does not bill private insurance directly. A superbill is provided upon request for you to submit for possible reimbursement.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of renting equipment. Message frequency varies and may include order and service information (for example, order confirmations, delivery and pickup coordination, and equipment reminders). Message and data rates may apply.
