BiliMed was founded by Anne Orsak after her own family experienced the uncertainty of newborn jaundice firsthand. She saw how families are left navigating difficult questions and uncertainty during an already vulnerable time — whether a baby has been prescribed phototherapy or is on the cusp of readmission, facing repeated bloodwork and visits to avoid a hospital stay.

That experience is what led Anne to found BiliMed: giving families a way to treat jaundice at home, with real support along the way, so babies can stay where they belong — with their families. We proudly serve Lafayette and the surrounding Acadiana area.
