How It Works

1. Your pediatrician provides a phototherapy order

2. Pick up at our Lafayette location or we deliver to you

3. We provide setup instructions and a safety video

4. Questions during your rental? We're here for you

5. Return the unit when done — billing stops once it's back

Pickup & Delivery

Open 7 days/week, 8am–7pm.

• Lafayette Pickup at our office: free, by appointment

• Delivery/return pickup: $35 flat fee + $3/mile beyond 6-mile radius, plus tax

Pricing

• $95/day plus tax billed by calendar day

• $395 authorization hold when your order is accepted - not a charge. At return, your rental total is applied to the hold; any remainder is released to you, and any balance above the $395 is billed to your card on file.

• $35 damage waiver plus tax

All major credit cards accepted, including HSA/FSA. We do not bill insurance directly but will provide a superbill for reimbursement.
