How It Works
Request
Have your doctor fax an order or you can start your request online. We’ll confirm availability and coordinate with your provider.
Deliver
Pick up free at our Lafayette location, or we deliver directly to you for a $35 flat fee plus mileage beyond our standard radius. We will walk you through that setup.
Return
Once treatment is complete, return the unit by appointment - free at our hub, or we will schedule a pickup.
